I've been cheking out this phone since it was rumoured! Compared it (using ze compare option of ze website) with other smartphones, and so far I feel that this will be one of the most powerful and entertaining device. Heard that Iphone 5 n a couple of other smartphones will b having Quadcore processors. Well do we need that much power for a smartphone? I mean..r we buying a gaming pc here? I think the dual core Xperia S is offering is more than sufficient to process an hd image quality, internet browsing, 12MP camera and its various other options! Moreover reliability and durability is out of question here...I've had a Sony Ericsson phone for like 7yrs, haven't had any issue with it...just amazing durability. This smartphone has also focused on some small details which maybe u never realised will we very usefull, such as ze dedicated camera button which launches the camera in just 1.5 sec! Remeber with ur older camera phones when u needed 2 unlock keypad, go in menu 2 get ze camera option,or had a shortcut button or a dedicated button which will take a eternity 2 load the camera! Now for sure I will never really miss any moment i wanted 2 capture! Well guys I dnt knw about you, but am definitely buying this one :)

Smart decision since Ericsson was becoming obsolete and all the technology was from Sony.

hmmm.. seeing this phone from the videos i just wonder the UI of the camera is same as other android phones yet Sony Ericsson have there custom UI in the camera interface which is better which you could see in the xperia arc.. hmmm hope they use that.. just wondering if im right
