Nokia and Sonyericsson units way before Blackberry had a market except the
optical tracker. I still have those on my Samsung Omnia Pro B7330 which runs
on WM 6.5 . Try out the Swype feature of Samsung. It's fast texting.

The phone has 1 to 1.5GB internal memory - the available space for user to install applications + 32GB eMMC memory - also known as flash memory to store multi media files or application's files etc. No card slot available to expand storage capacity.
