My last phone xpera x8 having same motherboard problem and replaced not by sony but bt shop owner at no cost.
Now a days hardware of sony is too bad.Motherboard issue comes within year so dont purchase sony handset.I am fan of sony but will not buy heanceforth.Now Sony is not sony as it was in past years.........

they refused at 1st . but i called the sony help care n had an argument with them and asked them to speak to the engineer after which he re-checked my phone and then deciedd to change it .
I would make sure they change it as i had gone with a mindset to change it and wudnt leave untill they didnt accept it ....:P ..
so im glad they are now ....shalll receive my phone in a day or 2.. shall update ul then..

Did a 412 update JB works well but some usefull app missing like timer for battery save mode, tried coding the combined ICS and JB together and works but still trouble getting it to automate. Hardware is poor and battery too, great phone but then again this was a sudden recall from sony and they agreed no effort was put out to make this phone special lacking mem card fm sender rds radio and their ususal proper camera lense. has cheap wifi adapters and some incompatible issues with aftermarket headsets and car kits

If they say 1Gig ram then it should be 1gig ram, as it reads total not free to use after andoid has took some it needs. android is linux based not windows so your specs should read 1gig ram 4oo available not 687

after jb.200 update my phone giving poor performance.battery draining fast in standby mode.Internet through sim card issue came.
now my phone submitted to ghatkoper service center for mother board replacement.Too bad sony phones now a days wid poor hardware like micromax,karbon whicj runs same like sony for onr year.

How did y... moreI am from Lebanon, I' ve got the. 200 update via pcc ( I did not receive yet the. 211 ( I think that till now. 211 is regional) (I received the .200 since June 8) it is awesome, no bugs at all exceptthe laggy full hd video recording and the less battery life with heavy games, thoughon standby and with normal usage it is better than ics
