The phone still doesn't show an available update to Jelly Bean? What can be the reason. NEither over the air nor connecting to the computer.

I'm Sony User for 3 years,
Sony Make a Quality Phone but depend on the user how you maintain in good condition and update. Don't be Angry with Sony we are a customer to have a choice.

it is a good phone in general . sometimes the camera stop focusing ..but what i want to know how to get the contacts from the simcard displayed only....not numbers on phone or google......JUST SIMCARD CONTACTS thx

This phone has very poor build quality. I ve had to send this in for warranty once to change the charging circuit. Now, the same problem has cropped up again. The speakers have also stopped working now. I am not stuck with having to send it into warranty a second time and they dont give you a standby phone either. iam fed up. The display is yellowish and getting worse.
Stay away from Sony phones, they don't know how to make them with quality. Remember if you buy this, your sony phone will need repairs in the first year itself.

I had this phone for three months and I had the worst smartphone experience in my life. Sony has designed the touch keys (tiny dots above the transparent strip) with the sole intention to make the user go crazy. They are unresponsive to the touch and you have to try 2-3 times before the phone gets it. It's just pretty.

I think it is because of some background processes that cannot be killed(?) Like some necessary applications that helps maintain the phone. Go to settings, applications, then manage applications, select all and then you will see there system apps like overheat control etc... I think those apps consume the amount of ram missing.

To be honest... a piece a crap. After half a year after the phone was released they fixed 2g/3g as battery was lasting for half a day... also it was slow because of Sony stock (there are >10 apps just for facebook! - ridiculous). After changing ROM to CyanogenMod now I can stand this crap.

It has only 636MB Ram.
Wasted money of 29000/-
too bad sony.
No JB update yet.
I will not buy sony handset again.
HTC is always better.
