The battery becomes very heat after using continuously 4 half an hr.great features along with awesome music experience.the cam is not btr thn nokia n8.nokia n8 pics are btr than this sony.It has inbuilt 32 GB memory Storage

I have a xperia s the speaker are very poor if not put on hands free I can hardly hear on it I have send to repair ans was told it w as due to software update. It was return with the upgrade done but still in the same condition. Not happy with the phone.

Razin galatic, 02 May 2013 is there have 3G video call facility in Xperia S or acro S... moreno. sony don't have 3g video call software built in. so no option for 3g video call on phone dialer. only samsung phone got 3g video call option on phone dialer :( only skype works. other apps i haven't try.

hi guys,
my sxs gets charged only when it is switched off. when it is on, it gets charged only 3-4% after charging it for an hour. please help.

Based on my experience with the device, it does drain battery considerably fast, but, you can do something about it. The fast drainage, I think, can be attributed to the pre-installed apps on the device. Although, you can "disable" these battery-draining apps via "Settings->Apps->All" from this point, disable youtube karaoke extension, youtube extension, woody, wikipedia extension, weather widgets, user dictionary, twitter extensions, twitter, tv launcher, talkback, talk, tags, street view, skinselector, setup guide, sakura, retail demo, recommender, picasa extension, notes, news and weather, mono, market feedback agent, liveware manager, inifite view, google lyrics extension, google contacts sync, google bookmarks sync, friend's music, fm radio, face unlock, email, ant wireless state notifier, ant radio service, and finally, anonymous usage stats. My device is currently in Build number 6.1.A.2.55. When in standby, drains 1% battery per 17 hours. In addition, set your screen brightness to about 30%, or whatever your prefer, but, just not that bright. And more importantly, turn on Wifi when you only need it. "Flight mode" extremely helps with the power conservation. So, you might want to stop the device from using radio when your asleep to save battery? Hmmm?
