AnonD-80271, 25 Jan 2013Guyz I have brought this phone two weeks back.no doubt phon... moreMy SGS3 also drain a lot when left the data to ON.. Try Off the data plan and it would be much better.. It can't help for those big screen monster to conserve the battery.. IT's just drain like crazy... IS's same as HTC one X , SGS3, Note 2, Xperia and also windows phone 8.. Off when not using data will help a lot.. And reduce the display brightness..

worth buying it, i m using it from 2 months no problem since i brought.only thing is battery backup. u can put in power saver mode when not in use.overall i love this phone

just updated my sl and its showing gr8 speed than be4 ... the phone is gr8 :D buy the phone after a year or 2 buy the z or zl stay (with sony )

It has shatter proof film over its screen,that comes with the company..it does not require any film..

Guyz I have brought this phone two weeks back.no doubt phone is good but one major issue is battery drain and heating thing.I wonder why Sony cant fix these bugs in such nice phone.I really make sure that I carry the charger with me.but I wont suggest to buy this phone.

i bought this set 3 days before .. its very cool .. everything is working well .. but one thing i want to ask . whenever i enter in setting and see battery , it shows 70 percentage 68 % usage of battery by display ..i have turned the brightness very low and sleep time is 1 min ..
plz plz anyone tell me how to reduce the battery drainage by display ??
i saw another set , applied its same setting on my fone . on the other fone the usage was 35 percent and on mine its 68 .. wat should i doo ?????

I bought sony xperia sl 3 days back, and it's battery behaving weird since 1st day. It's level varies 70% to 2% in 5 minutes, and even after charging for more than an hour, phone doesn't start sometimes. It's charging- discharging varies like anything and also creates the problem like - phone hanging, screen freezing and phone switching off automatically. I am not sure if there is problem with battery, or any software issue...Can anyone help?

Battery no long time, It is becoming Very Hot, Some times hang-up,Video quality is excellent, You can take snaps in full dark condition also, Easy to upload, Office suite is too useful. No Gorilla glass. Phone book is not good. Very easy to theft.

Hi, i am bit confused in buying Xperia SL reason being whenever i make decision; i hear a new thing like it gets hang-up, low battery back-up and non-gorilla glass display, bulky for jeans wearer.
Please advise me on your experiences?

I've just bought Sony Xperia SL for 2 weeks. Now I got a problem with mic. During call, I can hear others but they don't hear me. At first time I got it, it worked well but after I updated firmware, mic stop working. Did any get this problem? Please kindly help !

i have been use this phone since last one month.very great experience.better than the best than samsung galaxy s3 and note.very clear and outstanding camera.touch response is also very best cause it has 1.7 ghz processor.i m very happy with using this phone.
