1GB RAM doesnt mean the user could use all of it. some of it will be used to Run OS (android). usually upgrade firmware will release some of it. my experience w/ p6200 when HC RAM available 760, upgrade to ICS available RAM 830..

i got this found today and found out that the internal is only 25 GB and the ram is only 635 , wtf? can someone explain to me why this is happening?

Waiting for the jellybean upgrade, I do hope sony will give xperia SL the STAMINA feature in xperia z so the battery life of this great phone will increase. so far this phone doesn't give me any trouble. just the battery

Bought this phone two days back and am loving it ! Only concern is the battery...will have to carefully use it to avoid any "out of battery" circumstances.
Other than that a great phone.

i got my xperia last november still no problems :D superb camera and browsing xperience , battery is not that quite good but use the power saver.
