still i see sgs2 has ... morethe sluggish present even in the sgs2 especially when u download a lot of apps that keep running in the back ground,xperia phones have a lot of sony bloatwares that slow down the phone also sony home launcher is a bit laggy ,apex launcher or holo launcher are much smoother.
gsmarena battery tests are correct.
one x in standby mode is the best in battery saving but when u start using the phone it run out of juice fast.
regarding other choices with similar screen size i think there are no better choices than the s,sl,and the s2 but i think motorola has nice phones but i can't comment on them because i've never used them.
by the way the one x size is very close to s3 size ,but if u think the s3 is big there is the galaxy premier which has excellent battery performance but i think it is still not available.

Finally bought it! The white version is just so beautiful. Haven't experienced anything awkward though. :p The camera focus is a little moody. The screen is to die for and you may need to be little bit conscious of its battery every now and then but overall its a great white Christmas :3

Battery sucks,
Calendar application does not sync properly with Outlook Calendar
Poor in Network Signals when compare to Nokia phone
Overall not a good experience as business phone but good for gaming as HD screen is very good

Hello guys, i just wanted to know one thing. entire xperia series have a huge SAR value except xperia p & xperia go. but still u guys are worryless!! why? r u sure that this SAR value will not harm u? i want to buy the xperia ion(1.07 SAR),still i am confused. please suggest guys. help me to decide.

still i see sgs2 has some very good benchmarks over s and sl .plus ppl owning both saying s/sl are abit slugish .and u didnt mention anything about battery life time .the gsmarena benchmarks shows some better battery lifetime from sgs2 over xperia s .besides i have seen some 3200 mah batteries on the markets for sgs2 which i think installing them into the device might make it super long lasting more ..
but yeah still xperia sl is 2012 ,about 1 year newer and better screen .as i said im not a big fan of camera performance .. but having good speed/good gpu/good gaming performance and good battery is the most that matters to me.
and about one x i hear it has low battery life too ??if im wrong about one x correct me .
and feel free to give more suggestions except sgs3 bcuz its so big :)

if u said HTC one x or galaxy s3 i will definitely advice u to go for one of them but the galaxy s2 was once a great phone and still has some advantages over the two Sony phones ,the xperia sl has better processor and hd screen which are better for 2012 games .
remember Sony phones don't support video calling over 3g and the photos taken by the camera suffers a lot of noise specialy when veiwed on larger screen.
regarding xperia s ,the capcitive buttons are very tiny u need a little time to get used to them,i don't know if this issue is still in the xperia sl.
for me if these were my only choices i will go for xperia sl.

hi guys.
i really need help with deciding my next android device to buy .
my first and most important use of the phone will be gaming .
i would also like the phone to have a good battery life time so i can use more of it while im travelling .also i would like it to be fast and without lag.
so first tell me which one of this 2 phones (xperia s/sl and sgs2) are better for the use that i want from a phone ?
is sgs2 running all games on the market ? cuz i have been reading some guys on some forums whining about their sgs2 hanging in some games .. how ever that post was from 2011 and seems their adnroid version was 2.3 ..
so now plz honestly and without no siding of any company or advocance give me a good advice and tell me which one of these 3 phones are better for me (sgs2 or xperia s or sl ) ?
and also if u choose one of them over tell me the reasons that why should i choose one over another .
also plz give me ur sugestions in a matter of priority list so i can choose better.
by the way in my country xperia s and sl are abit cheaper than sgs2 .
