Nxt week iam planning to buy a mobile around 25k...I really got confused to decide between HTC one s ,Sony Xperia S and Xperia SL.My requirements are Better Display,DLNA.. Please suggest me a mobile.

howdy,,,,
well after using the SONY SL for past 3 weeks,,,i would lik to say MY VIEW ( this all of my own TESTS ) & it can vary frm others view too, depending on how they use .
This phone is GOOD for the following tat i think,,
Well in terms of Browsing its way faster ( even in 2g too)
Multitasking went pretty good,
Gaming was fluid ( i played good graphical ones lik batman my fav , shadow guardian, 9mm, and sme few decent graphics plus high downloaded lik temple run, angry birds, agent dash,) it all worked to its best wit no glitch.( even while in middle sme txts came & resuming back the game which did good)
My earlier phone was my cute phoenix ARC(my standard using phone) & still hav ,
so i can clearly see the diff in HD resolution in clarity in SL so watching videos is at its peak very sharp i can say ,,, 720 p worked very great, were as 1020p worked good but nt all movies ( my 6gb sized inception 1020p lagged also some anime too,,a bit i mean lik the audio was skipped off, bt Bourne series bluray worked grt,) it may be due to codecs,nt sure,,, bt all 720p movies did very sweet and the colour depth compared to my frnds s3 i think SL beats up
( no offense to s3 xcept in video playing only i said, as per specs i know its quad series & much more so dnt think of comparing whole phone to it ) thAnks to Bravia engine did grt job. ( but dnt depend on default player ,as it wont support all formats ,as many would know)
Camera quality is best which takes a bit of time to focus ( bt waiting gives best shot so yu can), shutter speed is great too,,
But strange i feel the images taken in SL is saturated (Mean bit darkish) more wen compared to my ARC, felt arc is good ,,, but making some adjustments in exposure SL did capture good, so make yur own adjustments as yu need ,,,
video quality too did decent job in device, ,( 720p resolution was at the best i hoped as mine)
Call quality and voice quality frm other end was very good in noisy environment too,
Battery wel keeping display brightness to half, at 98% battery and playing batman for one hour plus 15min or so , & 50 min of call (nt continuous calls but often in middle of game and surfing) , half an hour browsing in 3g, & giving some txts while in middle , ( saw my mobile battery level to 38% hope its ok as a smart phone needs charge a day twice depending on usuage ) but keeping display more down did well , but keeping a HD resolution mobile, dull brightness we would feel its waste to hav it.
NOW the FLAW SIDE,,( nt much to say) but follows
Well Battery well in the pack they say it will be charged frm 0 to 80% in half an hour, but it takes more time to charge for sure . ( bt fast charge can happen with diff charger tat sony provides along wit SONY ION ) nt with the prepacked one inside SL, so if yu need fast charge buy one separate. ( also battery nt removable)
Again Camera program has a flaw it seems as i said its darkish a bit also saturated ( mean comparing to my arc ) but adjusting exposure settings and stuffs it did good, also images inside yu would hav stored feels saturated, dnt know y ( so anyone knows let us know y) ,, as the wallpaper too looks saturated darkish ( i giv this by comparing with my ARC which i feel more vivid and soft and natural)
Unwanted bloat apps mainly i dnt know how many of yu using (all apps tat sony stuffs including TIMESCAPE) , but these things work in background so it takes space also ram too, which automatically drains battery,
Nothing i felt much more new frm SONY xperia S,, but battery back and camera issues and way of working( as sony S would lag in GB a bit i know BUT ICS MAde it GOOD i hope) but SL did good job in terms of working out of the box ,,, so ones own S i dnt push them to SL,( if yu are going to buy new then go to SL).
& wat all just sme minor things no memory card support if yu need more space , well the home key touch pin point buttons must feel a little frusted at first ,but can get used to it in a while,
WELL THATS IT I SAW abt the phone if i found more i will post up ,,, sayonara,,,

Xperia T is doul core (karit) much better than xperia s/sl and sgs2 in all terms...whether performance or display......camera....and touches all quad core performer.....in benchmarking....
I m saying becoz....my today's experience i was going in new area of delhi which was unknown for me and i was following GPS navigation system on my mobile...during that time i got call from my friend...my phone totally suck...finally i did wait 5-7 min.......and if planning to expense.25000 for mobile it keeps worth in india...
I m also waiting for xperia t....other wise i will go for sgs3 ......i love sony...last 6 years i m using sony ...
But if love only..looks, camera and call..and display..then go for sl not for..S becoz sl is better than S....read benchmarking...

Shreyas thanks for the reply at present from where i m going to buy sony xperia s i m getting in ice cream sandwich latest android version but at my place xperia sl is not available i dont know much about xperia sl becoz its not available here i m geting xperia S at 25000/- at present dont know how is the xperia sl becoz its new and xperia s is good but sl is new so dont know sl is as good xperia s becoz its not necessary that xperia s is good so the upgrade which is xperia sl will also be that good suggest me which should i buy xperia s or xperia sl. Xperia s is available here but sl with bill is not available here

sony must have colour changing trans[parent strip on all their devices like in sony xperia u ,its beyond generations design.

m realy confuse about Sl nd Iphone 5...u c both have equl advantages....no virus in apple,true HD camera,touch,light weight,apps nd show off well ovesly....nd for Sl the loojs got to say the most stylish fone in the market right now,its an android mean irs costmizable,13mp camera..all such cool stuff...but what do u suggest..m basicly lookng for a fone wch dosn't lag,have gr8 performance nd is good looking while holdlng in our hand like xperia Sl

ive had last 2 sony phones c905 w990 have had no problems with them at all .cant wait for the sl 1.7 dual processer looking good was going for the experia t which has same chassis 13 meg camera but runs on gingerbread thought will hold out for the sl which should be on major networks middle of november comes with icecream sandwich {realy who comes up with these names} had look at apple 5 bit slower 1.5 pro and there map system supposed to be bad should have stuck with google maps ?and apple u cant use phone to pay with credit card which is the way forward all in all the smart phones get better and better no doubt the sl will be upgraded soon and apple 6 be out next year the joys of the modern world

I suggest if u REALLY can spend those extra 2-2500 rs, then go for SL , i dunno whether S is getting ICS in-built, so its ur call
I hadnt purchased a cell in 2 yrs + , so it didnt matter to me to spend 2-3k more. I JUST WANTED THE LATEST !! :)

IM always on office and home wi-fi, speeds r n browsing is very very good :)
