I have uninstalled PC COMPANION and reinstalled it with the latest version but still it says that the phone already has the latest software... I have also tried via wifi but it is the same ... Anyone help please... I am from Pakistan

Hey people just switch off your device for at least 5-10 minutes a day, which improves the device performance a lot. Also for Task manager I use AirDroid and Clean Master which works absolutely fine for me.

Go for Xperia SL. Becoz after JB update it works fine and good. No issues for me.
Also some tips:
Switch off your smart phone atleast 5-10 mins every day so that it won't lag a lot.
