i have sony xperia u that works perfectly with no proplem i suggest it to any one but it has NO CARD SLOT so be careful

jho12, 01 Dec 2012I want to bye sony xperia. But i confused about between xpe... moremy xperia sola had a big problem it restarted unexpectedly sometimes during listening audio and some time on lockscreen. it was new phone and so i sold it in big loss and bought xperia u which is much better and stable with no problem.

Xperia Sola had a higher specs (Dual-Core 1Ghz) and Xperia J had a Bigger Screen (4" inch display) and Much more Battery (1750mAh) Xperia Sola just had 1320 mAh but on my own opinion.., I like Sola much more than J

nirajan, 02 Dec 2012hey guys!!! is sola realy scratch proof? or it has already ... moreyes it comes with a screen protector but it's not scratch-proof, it's scratch-resistant. meaning it's not easy to get scratched but it may get scratched over time.

i got this phone about a month ago, here are the main cons:
1-speaker produces a weird sound,like "cluck", when u turn the xloud feature on and maximize the volume, if u turn it off , the speaker volume is too low.
2-blutooth speed is about 100 kb, while it should have been more than 200 kb
3-screen is relatively smallish
4-hw video playback is limited to level 3.2, 720p videos above level 3.2 lag slightly and noticeably in mx player and lags heavily in other players.
5-no stock video player,file manager,task manager like Samsung
6-no ics for my country yet, although it was announced more than 2 month ago
7-in call volume is too low to be heard in the crowd
8-although the stated ram is 512 mb, the actual ram is 368 mb,and u get abou 120 mb free ram at best
-other than that,every thing else is working fine
some notes:
1-the user storage is 6 gb not 5, 2 gb for apps and 4 gb for files
2-the phone comes with preinstalled original protective screen that is scratch resistant and very hard to remove, which is a nice touch
3-mkv videos are supported but only up to level 3.2 in hw mode like i said, and believe me the dual core cpu is not enough to play smoothly 720 videos above level 3.2
4-viewing angles aren't that bad like gsmarena say, it is just average
-if i would choose again , i would go for the galaxy s advance although some users complain from network problems,or i would go for the galaxy s3 mini
