I own neo v with 512 ram, i do multitasking and I can say that it is enough. I never ran out of ram. At least you have to know the limits of your device

Basically the internal memory matters more. But still I recommend you wait for the one with 1Gb RAM... the purpose of RAM is just to allow you multi tasking with fast switching... nothing else!

AnonD-58482, 11 Jun 2012If anyone has hang problem press the power button and volum... moreof course i knew bout the restart button, its blank not freezing, even after recharge it,pc ect, if this prob gonna happen to u some day, then i believe the right place of yr sola is stickcrash at the wall,
BTW, i got some tip 4 u, if u wear a jeans dont put inside yr pocket, in the bag, dont mixed wif other thing as this Sola quite pampered, regarding bout my blank, its got a prob wif motherboard, they change new one with a new IMEI no,. n still wif the clearly "MADE IN CHINA"
N then after change new motherboard, its still blank sometime, cant switch on,. even doing the technique that u purpose,.(on button key n up volume key) as i know its not freezing, need to recharge it as usual,. deep in my heart, felt a bit regret, as im a sammy user b4, thought gonna change to SONY for good but its turnover,.. no doubt samsung is the best android,. that my opinions,. have a nice day sir!!

I bought this phone about 7 days back and I now sent the same for replacement peice :( Phone is gud but I had front speaker problem where in lot of voice disturbance and was nt able to hear anything clearly..Battery is terrible and I use to charge 2 times a day..(not sure if every 1 got the same prob).. But otherwise the touch feel and internet browsing is excelent and bravia engine for display is flawless... Hopefully the new replacement phone wuld nt hav any problem and waiting for it....

solahai, 06 Jun 2012if the recharge dont worked out,. what other option that we... moreIf anyone has hang problem press the power button and volume button together. Pressing it for 5seconds would restart the phone and 10seconds will off the phone. Had this prob once. And sometimes camera not available, one more prob with my sola is during charging the screen seems to lag.. Its like it doesnt support multitouch, can hardly pinch zoom during charge. Only with my sola I guess, I wony buy from phone dealer anymore. Will go to sony centre nex time
