Swift, 23 May 2012Proof that GSMArena has sola with them already.. http://bl... moreYeah, I already noticed it before, becasue when I see something like "Xperia sola galleyr/ 360 view" I always thought that they will release its review soon, but they didn't. I guess this website is biased. When Galaxy SIII was announced, for about 2 weeks, they already released a review of it but sola and u are released over a month ago but no reviews or anything.

Debu Mukherjee, 24 May 2012I Read Somewhere that sony xperia sola has embedded battery... moreYes, it's true. All Sony's current NFC-equipped phones have embedded batteries, though some MAY be removeable with technical expertise (and a little risk and warranty annulling). It's a bad move, especially with a relatively low capacity battery - both from how long an individual charge lasts, and how long the battery lasts at all (most Li-ions only tolerate a few hundred charge cycles before significantly losing capacity). For those of us planning to buy phones outright rather than on a two-year contract cycle, that's a deal-breaking red flag.

MAGGIE, 24 May 2012I just bought sony xperia sola,i'm first time used sony pho... moreYou dont have to close the applications, just press back button to go back to the home screen.
Android has its own memory management, it might keep some applications still running, or starting other application in the background when you open a single application. Example if you open the internet browser it will start other services such as maps, google services, sync app, keyboard app etc. But when an application needs more memory to be running properly android system will close some other applications to provide enough free memory for the applications.
However you can also close the apps by from Settings - Applications - Manage applications, choose and tap app icon then select "Force stop". Or from Applications settings select Running services, tap an icon the press "Stop".
