br barwar, 30 Jan 2013frnds... my sola gives only 5-6 hrs battery backup while ra... moreswitch off your phone while charging!
That way it lasts for about 10-12 hours, which is okay!
But it gets charged fully, within an hour or so, so I guess it's fine.
And, enable the battery saver.

why , 02 Feb 2013I really love this phone but the battery is really a seriou... moreit might be a bug with ur specific mode.
I've been using Sola since November, and I never experienced this problem, though I must say battery drains out super fast!

I bought this phone last week and I have upgraded my mobile to ics on first day itself there is no problem at all
It runs smooth
And plays and hd video's and had games easily
Really a master piece
Go ahead but this
Xperia sola is better than Xperia j

But here's the catch,you'd be able to view the person you're Skyping with but it wouldn't be possible for him to see your face(since we all knew it doesn't have a front cam) unless you flip your phone over. To make it a little bit clearer, it's not possible with phone that doesn't have a front cam to be able to make 2 people talk "face to face" .

Hi guys..
i just wanna say about how annoyed all of the people who ask a question about : "does this device support videocall?" or "please, i want to know, can i download a skype with this device?"
okay guys, come on! all of you who ever ask those questions, you should read the specification about this handheld first!
If the list says that "it doesn't have a front camera' then absolutely, you can't make a video call through this phone.

I really love this phone but the battery is really a serious issue to me. It drains so quickly. after charging it(green indicator lights up,so obviously it's full) but when I turn the phone on, the remaining battery will always be just in between 85-94. It never happened even once that it ever reached 97-100 % .. Are you experiencing the same thing guys?

Yeah!, 02 Feb 2013No, I mean how to download games from play store through pc... moreI don't know a way to do it but apk files of apps in playstore are all over the internet. Download them to your pc then copy the apk file to your phone (make sure you don't put it in a folder). Then open your file manager, look for the apk file, press it until you see the "install" option and install it.

For those who doesn't like this phone, please just tell the things you don't like about it but don't encourage people not to buy it.
Every user has different needs. It may not suit you but it is to some, just like me.
It has flaws, especially the fact that it won't have the JB update, but overall it is a good phone in it's price range. If you have other phone that you think is a way better than Sola in it's price range then good for you. You found what you need.

Always carry your charger if you're a heavy user.
