N M gone through all kinds of mobiles but its heating behavior is totally unexpected.
N its heated like a oven sometimess

Then go to settings Then go to security then verify apps. Uncheck that. Then go to google settings Then verify apps uncheck that. If that still force closing. Go to setting developer option then. Forced gpu to 2d rendering check that also the 4x msaa and the next one to that. Then reset your phone. No lags or anything bad just the camera.hehe. That i cant fix. But hd games will run smooth. Trust me .

AB, 17 May 2014But in. 201 firmware, xsp heated a lot Any solution for thathi AB, now your post threatens me to upgrade my phone which I was going to do via sony service centre. does it heat too much to handle? it gets heated after how long time usage? and did this update all the issues like poor wifi range and constantly dropping issue, screen flickering, music player crashing while played horizontally, etc? please reply

in 4.1.2 version, I am facing poor wifi range and constant wifi signal drop issue. And while playing music in headfon, the music crashes and stops all of a sudden when i place my phone horizontally. But from reviews I have read that latest firmware version .201 solves all bugs leaving bravia engine behind (I am not a user of it anyway). I am planning to update my phone to 4.3 latest but not by own. I will take it to sony service centre.

After that everything will be fine. Or maybe your phone just checked the lisence of nfs. Cuz if you didnt purchased that nfs legally its going to be blocked. You got to change your settings man. The phone settings and playstore settings and also the google settings.

AnonD-262821, 17 May 2014hey deep, nice to know that u got the SP.Any negative revie... morehi tanmay. dont go for xperia c. its got a quad core processor but of mediatek. and also it has not got a good GPU. also it has got a bigger 5inch screen with less resolution.
Xperia sp comes with 1.7 ghz snapdragon krait. no lag is experienced. adreno 320 is the best in class GPU found in Xperia Sp. so u can play any big game without lag. it has got mobile bravia engine with which the screen seems to be full hd. its also got glove mode. The camera is good for sharing but not so good. full hd and hd video recording is awesome. illuminating bar seems to be a plus point. some heating was seen during playing big hd games but otherwise I havnt seen heating. the battrry lasts for more than a day with normal usage and with heavy usage also it will last a day . I bought it for 17800 from xperia store. and its the best phone in this price. u cannot get better phone in this price.
the point on which u need to focus is that dont update ur phone to 4.3 . 4.1 is also good and there is no much difference. u can wait till kitkat if it is available. overall if u use phone with 4.1 stock then it is best phone in price range.
my anTuTu score came out to be 21379 beating s3 , note2 , xperia z , nexus 4 , nexus 7. 3D graphics were double to s3 nd note 2 because of bigger adreno 320 . RAM speed was faster than all the above listed phones.

I bought a new Xperia sp a month ago. Initially it was indicating standby time of 4 days and 18 hours when in stamina mode. I rarely use it and now a month later its indicating standby time of 6 hours when in stamina mode.
Is it in good condition really?

Should i go for motorola droid mini? i have xperia sp now in 4.3 in leatest Update but phone performance get worse after update and there is no 4.4 update coming so phone is in always 4.3 buggy update thats why iam thinking to change it into moto droid mini its fast and stable has 2gb ram and same cpu gpu as xperia sp.

is there any lagging problems in .201 version like it's heard in .266? Well, in my place available version shown is .266 in phone and I fear to update due to negative reviews. I don't know whether we will get .201 version update staying in Nepal. Inform me is wifi problem, screen flickering and any other problems really got solved in .201 update?
