XSP 4.1.2 has very low wifi strength. Can't pick the signal where my nokia 5800 can easily capture. How can I solve this problem? Can 4.3 update give me a solution? I am also scared of 4.3 reviews here. Suggest me please.

I Bought my SP just las... moreOnce you upgrade I don't think you can't downgrade, if sony's customer service providers do that, I am not sure, Samsung helps in Downgrading too,so pls check with Sony , other option is you can download first 4.1 from google search and have to flash it,,, again I am not sure, people do it, so I said, in 4.3 they are no glitches, some day it is laggy, but to me is fast,new features are worth upgrade,you will lose your application data, because backup and restore app will only useful for firmware upgrade, it wont help from 4.1 to 4.3,I mean once u restore with backup it will work fine, then when you update apps through playstore it will crash, ask any1 if you want,.bottom line is if you want use your app data in backup pls dont update... Only reason I think iPhone and Windows is better beacuase, u just sign in ur id and you get option to restore from cloud,in android for platform upgrades (4.1 to 4.3)etc back up crashes..update only if you can work with new xperia sp...it doesn't have any issues.. But led was blinkinh best during 4.1 factory version, but who cares.. Update only if it wont spoil your work, no thanks, you welcome

I Bought my SP just las... moreI've had the problem with the 4.3 upgrade degrading the performance of my phone and particularly its camera and memory operation. It is not possible to reverse the 4.3 software upgrade. I eventually complained so much to Sony they agreed to exchange my phone for a new/refurb with with 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

Bought this phone in Feb 2014 on EE contract in UK. After 2 months upgraded to Jelly Bean 4.3. The upgrade corrupted the memory in use with photo and video media and generally looped any press of an App, and caused screen to freeze. To cut to the chase, after two attempts to repair by Sony they eventually exchanged the phone for another new/re-furbished phone. Please be very careful in upgrading the Software on this phone, thousands of users have reported severe glitches after upgrading.

hai..i have problem with sound after use the earphone.when answering the call i must use loud speaker and audio for video,youtube,fb not working..for ringtone and alarm working...how to fix??

Phone features and performance are superb. The only problem I observed is, inside buildings signal levels are low compare to other phone models.

Guys in android 4.3 the phone lags so much. plz fix dis bug.....sp is a great phone with sexy features so remove the bug....

Hi guys! I BADLY NEED YOUR OPINION. I Bought my SP just last February. I haven't updated my phone and I'm afraid to do so because it is not covered with replacement anymore, and I am stuck with the phone for like 2 years more before I buy a new one, so updating will be a real risk for me. I've seen the features of the update and it really looks nice. I want to update my phone, but I'm afraid I will get the issues most of you guys have. I use the phone for my online business, so efficiency and swiftness matter a lot. I've seen a ton of negative feedback, but still there are a few who do not have issues at all. So what do you guys think should I update or not? And is it possible to downgrade after the upgrade? Thank you so much in advance :)
