My camera opens after pressing hardly camera key and for a more longer time compared to volume up and down button. And after opening it if I press it softly like any other button then it only flashes
for camera to take a snap,I have to press camera button hardly( not softly as any other key).
Is this the normal with Xperia sp or is it a problem in my camera button.

finally received update today(baroda..gujrat)..user interface has improved a lot...camera issue in low light remains same...But overall... very good ....updated in an meeting at office...no need of PC companion ...

1- performance (gaming)
2- camera
3- conectivity (mhl,otg,others)

after updating to 4.3 with back up of previous apps and settings i got all i was using before. a problem now is any apps i update on play store is crashing... and make them work again i have to re install it. so if i re install subway surfer.. will i lose all my game progress... pls. help.. i lost my progress on asphalt8.. i chose cloud back up over local back up..couldn't continue from where i left

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2014It is normal...just wait for 30 mins..If i am not wrong, factory reset is done from Setting -> Backup and Reset -> Factory reset. Right ?
So before doing it, i need to take entire backup using PC Sony PC Companion or using Backup-Restore app ( for all 3 options given ) ?
so that i can restore all again.
please suggest.....
