For a smartphone it has a normal battery life, maybe 10-25% more. However never forget that what you have there, is and will always remain a handset. Its not a tablet or a notebook and you just cant expect that much battery life from it. If you play small games such as angry birds, temple run on it, battery life will deplete v slowly. However by playing heavy games +150mb-1gb, like iron man, minion rush, injustice etc, ur battery will run out just like that. If u play these games on a tablet, then you will notice how much long battery time is available there.
use ur phone as a phone dont push it beyond the boundaries the result is always artificial. Get a tablet for proper gaming. Only put time pass games in ur xperia n u will be fine.

Oh yeah... And also my phone dropped from my chest to the floor and nothing happened except from a tiny chip by the top right corner where it dropped. Was like so darn scared maine. The screen and every other thing is still perfect though. Only problem I have with my phone is still the 6 and a half battery life.

So I've had this phone for like 2 weeks now, the performance is pretty sweet, as I haven't noticed any lag yet. This is my first android phone after using BlackBerry's for so long. Gaming is awesome as well as it handles games like shadowgun, frontline commando, need for speed most wanted,temple run 2 and subway surfer very well, very swiftly and without lag. THE ONLY PROBLEM I'm currently facing on this phone is with the battery life as the battery barely lasts me 6 and a half hours even with minimal brightness, stamina mode and low battery mode turned on. D phone says it Will last about 4 day's but that is a BIG LIE. I expected a lot more from the phone battery wise as it sports a 2370mAh battery. Performance is the best I've seen on any phone excluding the battery problem. Quite an awesome phone though.

AnonD-39745, 24 Aug 2013I've been following the Xperia sp, z ultra and Xperia l rea... moreif you have the money then go for z ultra with no doubt. but if you need a cheaper one I suggest you s4 mini then sp.(coz some SPs got touch and network issues i suggest s4 mini). but xperia l doesn't worth it. it has a slow performance when the memory is near to full

I've been following the Xperia sp, z ultra and Xperia l reader opinions and they are very confusing. The opinions are divided almost 50-50 i.e. It sounds like 50% people are complaining about assorted issues, touch being the most common. I love all these devices but just find myself puzzled...

Battery backup is good this phone is awsome than any samsung phone also great secreen 720p 1280
the big advantage is this phone has huge 2370 mah battery which gives you great experience with internet or gaming
