If the problem exists, then they will replace ur phone (they have a clause to replace phone within 7 days from purchase, if the phone is not good)

wheneve i click on download video (for dowloading any video), the video file just opens it does not get download.
can any one help as to how to actually downlad vid in phon.

i m using this phone for 2 months.i experienced that if you turn off the phone and charge at least 5-6 hours the battery life increases.if i only talk and listen to music i use it for 4 days.and if i use facebook,twitter etc the battery stands at least 2 days.sorry for my bad english.

My sony xperia SP is showing the build number as 12.0.A.1.211
whereas as per sony site (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-sp/)
the latest build number is 12.0.A.1.257 released on 24.5.2013
Can any one tell me which one is the latest one.
(i did not received notification for any update)

I just bought this phone for last two days... what I can said is, this Phone is awesome, I can do a multitasking for example browsing twitter, whatapps and listening to music at the same time, no legging, other than that the color mode while playing music very cool.. last but not list this phone is value for money

wi fi 2G and 3G network also good
Awesome mobile in a "SONY"
I Purchase this phone before 3 months, And no any complaint and issue about this phone while working in heavy used and normal used.

I bought it a week ago.. Incoming caller's voice is not at all audible.. Cant hear a thing.. Does any one else hav dis problem? Otherwise its a gr8 phone..

sony ericsson camera better.but sony camera is normal. pls change the camera mode...... and sony normal head phones no feelings. pls change the head phones... so i will waiting any something new series..... i will expectelly like sony mobile.. my familly and my friends like to sony....

I am using this phone for the past one month. Everything is good except for the battery life, for heavy use i read its one day....i dont find this thing for my sp. Battery is good for 12-15 hrs...It drains too much...Even for mormal use its just one day...Is anybody facing the same thing...should i get it replace?

Xperia SP is a total heartbreak in Audio and Camera front, It audio quality and loudness is not that good, I would prefer buying Ipod+simple phone instead of buying this expensive one, Camera is also not upto the "XPERIA' mark....., Sony, please develop a good audio quality phone, which can overcome Apples monopoly. Its heart breaking no one can beat the I phone's audio quality. Hats off......
