I looked at the sensors on the specifications of the SP here in GSM Arena. It says that this phone doesn't have a compass sensor. Wow, that's kind of strange.

U have to understand one thing that the software... moream sorry but you are completely wrong. camera performance could be improved by updated software (ex: auto focus, launch speed, noise, plus theres alot of features update to improve and provides the better performance and photo results) even practically the hardware quality is the major factor bottom line.
you should knwn this better as you're smarthphne user. lol.

It is still a phone. which for primary call and messaging. not for heavy playing or watching movies lol

Which phone is better xperia sp or nexus 4 . The nexus 4 has 2gb of ram , quad core processor and stock android. Xperia sp has premium materials ,sony UI, bravia engine, Bigger battery and higher benchmarks. Which phone is the better of the two?

hi all friends, I am using Xperia sp .
Xperia sp is a good specification phone.
1)why battery drain quickly (this device has 2370mah
battery little bit high from Xperia z, why drain battery quickly. I don't understand that ,before I use Xperia T, Xperia T battery is same time lasting)
2) playing Hd games battery eats up like a monster.
3) watching HD movies battery drain too.
4) Camera is very bad quality captures movie or picture both.
5) heating device playing HD Games and watching HD movies.
6) cannot move apps to ad card. (it's really problem).

Been using SP for about a week now replacing Iphone4.
Good: bigger screen, bigger battery (among the biggest in midrange phones), 4G LTE ready, NFC, good premium feel on hand, great design, dedicated camera button. One of the best value for money midrange phone. No laggy performance so far.
Bad: Camera although 8MP but worse than iphone4 5MP, esp in low light. Plenty of noise. If ur just taking food pics etc for instagram or fb its not big issue though. No option to off LED light during charging (will it burn faster?), gets a bit hot on the screen after a while.
