Sony Xperia t uses for android 4.3 About 480 to 500 MB ram. No more. With a few extra apps I've also downloaded too. Just fine for the 1 GB ram it has.

After 4.3 update do a factory reset to your xperia t all problems will be solved and your phone like a new performer more fast more stable.. After every update do factory reset this is for all brands phone... Try it will it works..if not that's your luck...

I have updated my Xperia T to 4.3 just yesterday.. everything is perfect , faster , smoother , stronger , great UI...exept one thing... my phone keeps rejecting my sim card and restarts it self all the time... Stupid sony... what can i do about it? please anyone?

Everyone can update their xperia T to 4.3 using flash tool! Use google ppl. Total time needet is less than 15mins so it isn't physics :)

serizawa, 15 Feb 2014hi guys I could not upgrade my android version its jst 4.1 ... more4.4 is a few months away - thats if the xperia T will even get it! Best you can hope for at present is 4.3 which is gradually being rolled out since 13th/14th jan!
