this is an awesome handset, have been using it for the past week on the official 4.1.2 battery life is great , the screen n camera are awesome everything works flawlessly, haven't found a reason to root nor unlock bootloader.I don't regret making the shift from the HTC One x

Hi geeks. I just bought an Xperia T to day and it came with Android 4.1 out of the box. I just did a minor update via OTA and am loving my Xperia T no hassles.

brutus, 28 May 2013plzz some Xperia t user tell abt the battery life of this c... morethere's no issue at all with battery life. it's just another android phone and its battery performs just like other android phones out there. with normal usage my phone gets me through 2nd day which is more than enough

Screen Is 4.55 BUT ONLY USABL... more....and how so? if u r talking about those buttons that pop up on the bottom of the screen u should also know that they disappear in albums and videos and camera and so many other occasions so how's only 4.1" usable. get a phone and then talk about it.....i've been using T for the last 4 months and i know this is a great phone

This is fake from the phone.
Screen Is 4.55 BUT ONLY USABLE 4.1" so be aware.
I immediately sold the phone because of that.

battery life:
1. if u use it as a phone - 3-5days (with right display settings)
2. if you use a bit of multimedia and internet - 1 day
3. heavy chatting, youtube, web, mail - less that a day, approx 12-15 hours at most
still, better than iPhone, SGSIII, HTC One and other phones in it's class...benchmarks doesn't lie :-)
(review based on experience after 4 months of using it)

In ICS the RAM memory used to be 650mb !!
Now the memory is it upgraded in Jellybean or still the same ?

remon, 26 May 2013sony xperia V & TX is better than xperia Tyeah i know that very well. But the truth is Xperia V got too much of disadvantage like sleep to death. Okay leave SOD, the most important of all is among 8GB of internal memory u can only consume 3.7GB. That means u cannot install games which is more than a 720MB to 1GB. Because it will make everything upside down. U don't even a option of moving the apps to sd card. Thank God atleast the users can move videos and music. Yeah! That's why i'm looking forward for xperia t and could u tell what can i do if a non-removable battery's life drained after some period. Will the sony dealers or showroom can change the battery ?
