Xperia tipo has a smaller screen size than ace so if you don't have small fingers then I would say ace. But internal memory is also very important . Tipo has 2000% more backup memory than ace. Tipo has better quality of sound and more volume. So if you are into music buy tipo. Tipo is cheaper( ace=9800rs tipo=8600rs) so f you want to save money then. Buy tipo . If you are into photography then buy ace since it have a better camera and led flash plus panorama. There won't be much. Difference in gaming since both have 800mhz processor. Browsing is better in tipo. Also ace is a very old model. I'll recommend tipo.

Xperia tipo is an wonderful.Its my favourite mobile.Iam also the user of tipo.

it runs nfs mostwanted fully hd,galaxy y,chat,ace,lg l3,none of these can run this game without rooting........

Best in it's class for sure.
Had a lil problems with the touch on stock firmware but after update to A.4.22 those were gone, also there are tools online if you want to make the touchscreen even more sensitive.
No overheating problems, battery lasts even 2 days on heavy use (HD Games and such), good performance for it's class.
Cons: got minor scratches on the glass sp it's not that scratch-proof, camera is a major drawback - altho it has a 3.2MP one, the quality of the photos are on the low end, videos are more okish.
Overall pleased with the phone after 3 months of use, for it's price I think it's the best taking in consideration it comes shipped with ICS.
