hey guys i experienced a problem regarding my wifi connection on my XPERIA U and i decided to update it to ICS on my own and guest what??????? the ICS update works great on my XPERIA U and the wifi problem is also solve

Hey Anon, Sony Xperia U is worth the weight in Gold. First of all, at this price range, you'll hardly find any other good Android than this one. It has a list of features and specifications, as if we're reading a spec sheet of some high end phone. And that transparent light strip makes it so different than the other one. If you've any question regarding the device, let me know. Been using this device since one month, upgraded to ICS and enjoying it. it has 512MB of RAM but on board it provide only 150MB of RAM..

Use GSM mode of network, it will save the battery pretty much.

I request everybody to get this phone from sony store or authorised dealer only and check if the seal is perfectly undisturbed and the country authorization is present and that the shopkeeper has a good record of selling phones...otherwise all sorts of problems related to battery touchscreen will arise...

No need for any software or drivers...just get a otg connector and you are good to go...but not all pendrives are supported as some of them consume more power...sandisk cruzer edge seems to be supported...transcend may not be supported...my transcend does not work...

No memory card expansion? No issues...
We have a fantastic feature for this phone usb on the go....
But guys can anybody tell me abt the otg?
will it automatically work when pen drive is connected to phone through otg cable or should we need to install any drivers for it through pc before accessing the usb on the phone?
Pls expecting a fast reply as iam going to buy this phone within 2 days.. :)
