anku, 03 Feb 2013how can I upgrade my gb to ics.....,,,????!!You should download and install PC Companion or Sony Update Service to your computer first. You can find them on google :P And then just follow the instructions.

I updated my xperia u to ics. At first it was a bit laggy but after factory reset it become very fast. And I also use timescape and facebook inside xperia till now it is very fast. And. Most of the time I have 100 to 180 mb free ram with a lot o usage.The only problem I faced is wifi isseue which is solved by changing router settings from 11bgn mixed mode to only 11bg mode. And now its working great.
