Never update GB to ICS on Xperia U !
The ICS version on xperia U is great shit!! The worst version that I seen! and make your XU a shit! Battery without conditions of use!

Isnt the SAR to high? 1.62 was it? None want cancer, im sure? I dont think this is good phone to go with it.

To all sony xperia u user updated to ics. .after updating try to reset your phones (factory reset) including your pictures and music. And try to disable applications that you didnt use. .download fast reboot from android market and the result. .you will love your ics promise

Hello sony xperia u users. .if your facing problems after updating to ics this maybe the solution. .after updating to ics try to reset the phone(factory reset) including your pictures, music, and videos or save to your computer then copy after reseting the phone. .and try to download fast reboot to play store, and then disable all aplication that you dont use. .and the result. .i hope it helps. .godbless

If you are brave, you can sidestep this and unlock and flash your phone with a downloaded version of ICS, but there are well documented procedures for this around the web.
