Hello guys there is hope on our phone(xperia u)there will be jelly bean in our xperia u coming in our phone soon. I just read on one of the video on youtube by josh and his blog. I think sony is doing some thing now. Check it out on there blog. Its cool.
While xperia sola has no update till now

1) Xperia U is awesome yesterday I updated to ICS it really works well .
2)Walkman is cool

Sony Xperia U Sucks!
Since the ICS update it has been crashing on me every couple of days. Sometimes it crashes while I'm on a phone call! Screens take ages to load.
For those who are thinking of buying this phone, forget about it. It will be a waste of your money and time and lead to a lot of frustration. The only thing good about this phone is its small size. Nothing else.

How do I increase the ring time before it goes to voicem... moreDunno about (2), sorry, but (1) is a network rather than phone feature, so ultimately you would need to ask Virgin. I've had a quick look and found e.g. http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Mobile/Extending-ringing-time-before-voicemail-clicks-in-for-Lumia-610/td-p/1454234 which consequently should apply to any phone. Customers who don't expect much from the phone are really happy about it. It's a Sony after all. But camera, JB out of list, battery, software bugs and all can't beat a Sony fan to enjoy it :D Some guys will buy whatever Sony gives them. I have an Xperia U since summer and I can't say that I'm happy with it.

[deleted post]Sony developers are inefficient or just lazy. Jellybean is very much possible. Screen resolution on Xperia u is high and can be demanding on Ram but Sony can solve this by removing the bloatware.
