I had to repair the phone twice for the touch problem. I replaced twice the touch plate. Bad choice....!

what keypad does it have? qwerty or the normal keypad? or both???? and does it support skype perfectly, i mean does it show the caller perfectly? and plus when its n silent is there a small sound even? or is it perfectly silent. its soo urgent cz um going to buy it with ma own money and my parents will not buy it for me. if its bad they wil not even repair it.so plz help me :( does it support skype?? n is it full silent??? n what is the keypad?? plz answer me and help me

Anonymous, 27 Jan 2014Good question. I know there is sort of a beep when you rece... morethanx. but in ma lg t375 its audible.that beep sound is in a much harder volume and cant even control it.

I had purchased ao Sony Xperia C552 from Reliance digital stores, Brookfield Mall, Coimbatore, India, at 8:00 PM on 15 Feb., 2014. Upon returning to home, the display doesn't work.
The Reliance stores opened at 11:00 AM today morning (16 Feb., 2014) & I asked for solution. The lady manager conveniently says, please wait for a day, we will repair it.
Why should I accept a repair within 12 hours & above all, the complete set along with sale documents had been taken back.
Why should I wait for a day by paying the price & getting a rejected product.
I wan't a new product.
There is no remorse at all, except argument from the Reliance stores team ?
Shame to the manufacturer & the seller !

I wonder how people don't appreciate this phone... this is a middle to low end phone nowadays .. as for the lagging of screen touch problem i think sony admitted that it is due to the coating made to the screen to avoid scratches makes the screen hard to touch.. as for the lagging of system problem well what do you expect from a 512 memory anyways?.. you better buy a high-end phone if you got the money and stop whining here it won't trick anybody.. the phone already served me for 2 years and still kicking though i had to root the phone and change the screen responsiveness and stuffs like overclocking the cpu. this is a great device and will remain as it is

Guys do not I repeat do not but this phone I have has it for a year and 2 months and it has already been in for repairs twice.The screen is slow and unresponsive and there is barely any storage I'm constantly having to delete stuff to make space.
I now have a IPhone 5s which I can only sing high praises for!

This is one of the phones with the most issues I have ever had. I am often unable to answer calls, the phone becomes EXTREMELY slow after time - even after factory resets. My phone regularly reboots on its own etc. etc. etc. My advice is to not buy this phone, as I know I wouldnt have if I could go back. Mind you, due to the lack of support from Sony, nor will they see me again either.

Anonymous, 09 Feb 2014pls, i just want to go for the phone, can i buy it or not b... moreAs with any device, there are faulty ones. Some batches might be affected more than others, due to manufacturing methods and parts suppliers. Mine was faulty. I was just unlucky. It's impossible to predict.
May vary by region, but should be a free repair under warranty though.

last thing i did before what happened to my phone(xperia u) was received a call and kept as it is.after couple of minutes the display was gone.i thought it got switched off,so i charged ma phone and tried to switch on.viberated as it does when it gets switched on bt i couldnt see a single thing.no display at all.Can anyone tell me why this happened and how m i suppose to get fixed?
