If you have fair to good reception, you should manage 2 to 3 days in standby. If not, look and see what applications and options are hogging the battery. Also if you are in a borderline 3G area, phones use a lot of power switching 2G-3G-2G-3G etc, so you may be better prioritising 2G.

U is a very good and nxt generation of sony Xperia mobiles. no compromise in the features except internal memory.
so what's your opinion guys because am going to buy this Xperia u for this diwali.

I brought xpria u 3 weeks ago and upgraded to v4 in Sony centre I have no probs but if it has the ext memory it wil be the best phone at this rate

Go to wifi & networks wifi settings press menu button ( the right one) then press advanced wifi sleep policy set it never that's it done

hey guys did anybody tell me how can I continuously
connected my phone to internet while screen is off? whenever I close the screen display the internet connectivity loss. I will become so thankful if anybody solve my problem.

hey friends i recently took xperia U working of da phne is good but sometimes it automatically dissconnets frm data transfer n play store is not work from few days n canot connect it to my PC.. can any one suggest any idea to get rid of this problm????

I have heard mixed expression ... morehi guys hope you all well, I have a query about when taking the picture using 3d aweepp panorama, sweet mutli angle, and it says press the camera key and pan to right or left depending on which side did selected, I do that but when I'm trying to to press or pan nothing happened and it gives the message ' shoot was not taken I must pan fast or I must pan slowly. This phone offered dual core power at a very cheap price, offering a great camera and stunning screen as well.
I myself own Xperia S but one of my cousins and a lot of my friends have this phone.
Probably the only problem with this phone is the low internal memeory and no way to expand it.
4GB Flash Memory(Internal)
1GB System/Internal Memory
Which adds up to 5 GB.
