Sham, 14 Aug 2012Guys really am confused. firstly i was opting for Xperia U... moreSince it's 16:9 rather than 3:2 ratio, although it is a 3.5" diagonal screen, it ends up narrower but taller than an iPhone, Galaxy Ace etc. I like the format personally, even with quite chubby fingertips, and there is a T9 keypad option in portrait mode if the QWERTY is just too fiddly. But it will be down to personal preference, and the slightly extra screen size of the Sola could be good for some.

the phone is really great. great display, great camera, great interface. the real problem is with connecting it to your computer. the sony pc companion can't detect the phone. Same problem was in Xperia S. sony is saying they are trying to solve the problem but they haven't found any solution yet.

I bought this phone a week ago and I must admit it is a very good handset, the screen is just amazing, the battery life is great and I have a little tips for that :
- always use WIFI when working with the market as it will drain your battery very fast as it is always asking for a Background Data Enabled
- when working only with chat applications, you can choose GSM. instead of 3G this will give you 2 days with very normal usage and you want notice a different
the only problem mow is the loudspeakers which is sooo poor, I don't know how but the sound volume is just too low.. any one notice that?

irshad, 14 Aug 2012i bought this xperia u in june its a. fantastic phone altog... moreusing 3G heats up the phone... and try not to use your phone while charging!!!!!
when your phone heats up.., just stop working on it for 5 min and it will be back to normal!!
and please please try not to use your phone when temperature crosses 45 degree!!

at last....satisfied with d phone..had a misconception with d battery earlier...the battery is awesome...phone runs great...smooth as cream...no hangs....just waiting for the ics update...anyone willing to compromise on the memory issue must buy this phone in that range....an user can get solid 4 gb of memory for storage.....
