Guys the screen of my Xperia U has just started turning on and off by itself. I have tried restarting the phone, change settings but to no avail. Is there any solution???

I have only one problem that is speaker, sound is very low and with xloud feature sound is not clear, cracking sound and very low. Do you have such problem? Whether its is hardware or software issue?
I have no drop calls, no signal issue, just speaker problem very very very low and cracking sound with xloud feature. Battery is not a big issue for me because i had mind before purchase this set that battery will drain fast. This issue is common with all sony/ericsson devices.

Hi the phone having some issue........when u keep ur phone idle its always go for no coverage mode......if ur using mobile internet mobile will automatic restart.....photos are not able to copy from mobile to pc......

Hemanth, 08 Aug 2012I am planning to buy Xperia U. Please suggest me abt the phone. This phone is amazing.. no problem of storage/space because you can store all games music apps etc on a pendrive or on cloud storage. you can also use 4gb to install apps and games. its a great phone!

Hi guys,
I have 1 que that sony xp. U as well as i phone has a fix battery,so what can we do when battery will disable..? and if we will change what would be the charges applied for removing battery over and above battry charges..?

As we know it is running Android, so an unsupportive update could cause the problem, which I have heard of too but not experienced after I recently updated my phone. If it was some hardware issue, one would experience it in the very start. I have been using this phone for around a month now and I can assure this is the best phone in this price. Beautifully young with superb display and speedy Processor. Width of display is however an issue. With a few more bucks, you may have Galaxy Ace 2 which is no way as attractive as Xperia U, but a more reliable and solid performer.

Therefore typing is not as easy as other 3.5" displays and there are frequent typos. Turning on dictionary helps though. However, screen resolution is perhaps the best in this range. So there is a trade off. If u are looking for beauty, go for Xperia U. And if u r looking for convenience and reliability, go for Galaxy Ace 2. Ace 2 is the best value for your money (after Xperia U) in this range. But it is a more reliable and solid performer than Xperia U.
