SONY XPERIA U is an extremely bad buy. i have an Xperia U and is suffering a lot. 90% of the customers are facing problems with touch.And surprisingly sony isnt doing anything to straighten out the problem
Most xperia users, below "Xperia S" are having these issues.
The voice quality and picture quality is awesome but at 13K for the troubles you go through with the touch screen you'd rather buy samsung or nokia,

for those who are worried about external memory card:
you can use your usb / (or any memory card with memory card reader)... attaching directly with your Xperia U, via connector.
The facility is called. USB ON-THE-GO (USB OTG), which U provided.
Google USB OTG for more.

Then it will request you to download SONY PC COMPANION, After downloading that, Instructions will be given by the PC companion, follow that and U will have ICS (4.0.4)

why doesn't Sony create a internet service like "bis" I mean downloading stuf outa ur own Pockets is putting dents in ur budgets.. besides it will boost sales abd whatnot

I am using it since one week battery doesn't even stay for 8hrs its like charge it fully before u leave from home and charge it and come before u leave ur working place. Other than this its worth for its price. Gud video clarity,gud touch response,gud screen,no hangs,Avrg camera.
