the phone i brought it through dial.com. its not even 1 month the phone gets stuck and the touch pad dose not work what is the reason please give me a feedback

I just bought it a week ago,the mobile is not water resistance I dipped in water when I was in the pool to video my friends and the mobile suddenly turns off and didn't turn on again.all usb soket and aux was closed

I've found out from the a video which was taken last June 4, 2014 was in a slow motion and voice wasn't in sync too. Same thing happened when I tried taking video by using front cam. I thought it's the phone itself that has a problem so I tried to upload it on Youtube to seek help but after I viewed the video all I can say it's so flawless so I was surprised. Then I thought every things back to normal. But unfortunately, it's not so I decided to show this to you maybe you can give me some advice and might tell me what happened there. By the way, the video above was taken 2 days ago and now it's worse if you can compare it, Got this phone last Dec. 2013. lready Upgraded to 4.3. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks

Guys I need to ask if Back up and restore will make my video recording quality return to its normal quality. I mean, before I get the best video recording but last June the video was in slow motion even using front cam. Last July it became worse video quality has this pixelated and sound didn't sync too. I tried to upload that on Youtube but after I played it, the video is perfectly normal and clear. Android ver. 4.3 purchased last Dec 2013. Tell me what to do please. Thanks :)

in-fact following link suggests the same, that Xperia V is gonna get 4.4.4, the last KitKat update.

gsmarena should verify and change the "Upgradable" tag to KitKat 4.4.4.

Xperia SP,TX and T isn't upgradable to 4.4 too , it is just a mistake from GSMARENA team. All these phones are under investigation in sony's site!

I think...the phone is better in 4.1.2 than 4.3

I am using this phone for almost 1 year and a half now. I just experience a malfunction right now, I don't know if its the touch screen itself or lcd or the software of the cellphone. Everytime I open on the on/off button my lockscreen will appear but it wont let me touch any number or my pin. It's hanging up and won't get me through my apps. Even if there's someone calling I cant answer it the touch screen wont work. It's hard to type messaages too. I don't know why did this happen. My memory has a lot of space for it to hang up like that. I love this phone so much I hope I can get this fix.
