So Sony Xperia V is better than arco S.

So far all phones with Sonys new 13mp sensor has failed in photo quality (LG Optimus G, Xperia T, TX), im 98% sure Xperia V will fail also, so Acro S will still be the best for still photo. However Acro S has a little stuttering full HD video recording sometimes, the faster CPU of Xperia V should be better.
However the Xperia V photo quality may be acceptable even if it cannot beat the Acro S.

Jayesh, 24 Oct 2012I really like & want to buy Sony Xperia V or Sony Xperi... moreIf I were u, I'd wait for xperia V..it has a newer & better CPU & GPU, better camera, Bravia Engine 2, & it's upgradable to 4.1, & it's design is based on the Arc, which is in my opinion better.
