rj23, 08 Sep 2012i like the stylish look of this phone coz this has the uniq... moreMan, I'm tired of a few unknowlegble people mumbling about quad-core for SONY! "Oh Sony why you didn't done a smartphone with quad-core, you would the best in the market"! Guess what?! SONY put a S4 chip and the initial performance is equal or even better than a quad-core, so what are we munbling about?! Instead of given a quad-core that right now is useless and drains the battery even more, they decided to maximize the usage of dual-core, one thing that other companies didn't, because it's easier to sell something new to "dumb people". Two things I give to LG, 2GB RAM and adreno 320 is cool, well done. But LG is LG soon or later they will disappoint you with their costumer support and their late or none update. If one thing should be invested right now was on great batteries like motorola did with "old" razr maxx and the new razr family, that is great. Hope SONY does that soon and first than creating one with quad-core, yes, because they soon or later will have to do one because the market will force that. Well done SONY, inclinig for this one instead of T and hope the price Tag will be "price/quality affordable". Sorry for the long post.

I hope this model of sony xperia will be launch in philippines too. I suggest to launch this in ph market.

i like the stylish look of this phone coz this has the unique sophisticated look and i believe in Sony's products. plus this phone is water resistant! the only thing that makes me wanna back out in getting this is because of the upcoming Optimus G from LG. it has double the power of any of the new phones from Sony! 1.5GHz quad core CPU and a better GPU Adreno 320 which makes gaming better too! i hope Sony will make quad core phones in 6 mos or less than a year time that will be ahead than any of the smartphones out or will be out at that time. if Krait is still the best, then hope they'll still use it and make the CPU a little overclocked at maybe 1.7GHz and above and a RAM of 2GB and Adreno 320 GPU too! i know Sony will make a better device than LG at anytime so i hope it happens. i remember posting the Optimus G's features on Xperia S' page before XS' release here in the Philippines and before the quad core phones' anouncements and i remember wishing for Sony to release it and in a couple of months, LG was the one who announced it first so i bet Sony will go head to head against LG and Sammy this 2012 and 2013 as the best android phone maker. best of luck Sony!

amalchummar, 06 Sep 2012is sony xperia v really 1.5 GHz dual core kraitz???? becaus... moreit only doesn't show here but it also has a Krait S4 CPU coz all of the flagships T, TX and V have the same hardwares inside and about the benchmark results? kindly look at the news here in GSMARENA about Note 2's benchmark scores result and you will be surprised that One V got the highest score among the androids that are out and announced that were already tested! S3 and One X were blown out of the water by the XV! ^^
