4.3 is frequently restart, cam options problem and the white menü background.

if I bring my phone to the service center, will they update my phone? It's still on warranty anyway. (but I already rooted my phone though.)

hi iam chris from the phillipines i have a xperia v and i just want to know what are the issues with the new os of the xperia v which is the 4.3 i just want to know if it is good for me to stay with the 4.1 or to upgrade to 4.3 which will be better??

After I I changed my operator and putted the phone in water my SIM card stopped working. I put the SIM card in other phone and it works greatly. After a while I put the SIM card back in Xperia v it works for a while and then says that my selected service is not available. I search again for service. I connect but it shows that my SIM card isn't connective and that I must make sure that SIM card is inserted. Helps only sim card change. But the phone is waterproof. Doea any body have this problem? Please help. And I use bite operator. And I don't have turned on plane mode.

Please, explain the differences between 4.3 and 4.1 when it comes to the quality of the pictures

4.3 JB update it today, the camara piture quality was bad after taking a pic , y thats is like that?

I use an Xperia V in India. But the new update for android 9.2.A.0.295 isn't available in my country, Xperia V has not been launched in India yet. I have been told there is no way I can get this update done in my country. is there any way i can get my phone updated? please revert.

i also got mine from smart..
u just need to have separate internet connection to update.it takes several minutes to almost an hour to update,so let your patience prevail.:-)
open up the sony pc companion app on your laptop/pc and follow the steps.
had the problem like yours before..

AnonD-239381, 01 Mar 2014 i have also a Xperia V and also it didn't update to 4.3..... moreyou need to have internet connection and open up your sony pc companion app in your computer.it comes upon connection of the phone to pc..i had experienced that prob before..do not use xperia v as your source of internet connection though,as it turns off the phone upon final step of updating.need to have a separate connection.

i had since loved my sony xperia v when i got it last july of 2013 as a gift for myself..and i love it all the more now that i upgraded it to 4.3 jb..the ui is just so perfect and all apps are great!!thanks sony!!!next time i get a phone,definitely,it's a SONY!!!
