good, 30 Jan 2014Go 4 Xperia v itz far better u can knw tht only when u use itbro dont buy v.......galaxy s2 is more better.....xepria have 13 mp but result is like 3.2 mp specially at night time.......

What do you mean "Loose"? Is it about the casing of the phone or the buttons sometimes "squeak"? If yes, then we do have the same thing. But for me its normal since I notice that most of the mid-range smartphones from Sony has this kind of feel. Also I already submerged the phone and took pictures from it underwater so it proven and tested that its "water resistant"..
Did you try to return the handset and have it reimbursed from the shop you bought it?
