-I'm here to discover what's really going on under the hood beside metal body of new Sony since there is not review still published for Xperia X series.
-If you believe people do not recognize quality and cost is not a decision-making factor then you must have put more wight on media and marketing.
-I say camera is not good in low light conditions (problem with higher mega pixels) because many reliable review sites including: GSMArena, Cnet, TechRadar and... confirm this point of view.
-Outsourcing is a subject of business studies and doesn't necessarily means that the producer is the best product designer and developer.
-These are the facts that you should base your conclusion on them if you are not a prejudiced person.

Though your example is wrong. Car on the left sells more units than car on the right but it does not mean it sells better. Car on the right might be better in some areas but not all. What is "better" ?
Besides car on the right might have larger piece of the pie of the market's target that it is supposed to sell. Car on the left sells more units but perhaps smaller percentage than it is supposed to sell.
Another thing. If the price of the car on the left was the same as the car on the right do you think there would be one person to buy the lefty? no way.
This is Sony's mistake. You cannot sell this phone at this price. 600 euros for this phone? Gimme a break. iPhone is same price and way better. I am an android guy but should they(all companies) keep their prices that high they will never get an advantage.
iPhone is that expensive because always uses the best GPU, CPU, display, sensors.
Xperia X uses mid range GPU. Yes you may not need them in daily usage but still why pay same price for inferior components?
Anyway. Sony will never have real profits from their smartphone division. Their policy is wrong.

If you consider that SONY is lacking quality then why are you here ?
People will recognize quality ?? I really don't think so because most people doesn't even care about the specs and capability of the device and actually only 10% understands the specs .
You say that camera isn't good yet dxomark states different and reviews are always in Sony favor(especially when tested in lowlight conditions).
40% of mobile devices today use Sony sensors and majority of flagships including Samsung,LG,HTC and even your precious toy iPhone is also using Sony sensors.
Your biased subjective opinion is worthless in front of this facts so go and troll somewhere else.

Apple sells better in spite of being more expensive than Sony and thats because people can recognize quality from crap. As a matter of fact Sony's mobile cameras are full of noise at low light conditions and Sony's developer team stupidly think that higher mega pixels is everything.
