    I would like to inform you my name is anil had submitted my xperia x last 20 days in mangalmurti enterprises thane branch due to camera issue ,actually when i shoot a video 1080p 30fps it got shutdown automatically after 2-3 minutes even i capture photo then it also shutdown due to heating issue as a last discussion mr. Kedar he told me if camera is shutdown after after 5 minutes that means its fine there is a no issue and he told me this is feature of sony mobile when it heating it will shutdown automatically ,see whatever he told me i am not satisfied with him ,my issue is that i am invest 38k on this mobile if its feature of sony mobile then i dont want to continue use your device and i want replacement of this device other wise give me another handset either cash ,i dont want to compromise because i am invest 38k not for compromise ,so i would request you to please help me on this issue ,i have already submitted for 20 days then this issue escalate to mr kedar he is service head,he told me give me one more days i have to check and inform you also he told me if camera is shutdown after 5 minutes then its not a issue its a Sony feature and when i ask him if a feature then why i give you one more day because it had been shutdown i konw then he had told me if you not give me one more day then collect your phone from service center ,i have already gave him 20+ days but there is no resolution,see i am not satisfied his answer .this is ridiculous answer given by him. i had already send you this types of mail multiple times but my issue is not resolved so kindly give me a replacement or change this device.
    I talked to mr yogesh he is a service executive after that i talked to mr Kamlesh he is area manager and i also talked in call center first time mr manoj, then 2nd time mr. Kanahiya, then miss kajol then mr. Kedar he is service head.
    I had talked to many person but no resolution my issue is same.i am not expecting from sony this types of reply, sony is a big brand but person are not supportive .kindly help me on this issue i am so frustrated . I am a sony user this is a first time i am facing the problem so badly. Request you to please replace my mobile as soon as possible.

        Does anyone face issues while using dual Sim?
        Issue: Phone restarts when you switch data between sim 1 to sim 2 and vice versa.

Its a design flaw, but its slowing improving with each model. And Sony is still recovering, and still has an ongoing exploding battery recall.

Sony... moreForget about the moto M, it is totally worthless device, between the Xperia x and G5 plus, the G5 plus has slightly better battery life nothing else, the display and camera are better with Xperia x, the selfy camera is way better, mobility is slightly better too.

                    This smartphone gets pretty warm sometimes when you push it.

There is often only normal (slow) charger in the box (Sony UCH20 5V/1500mA). With this charger it takes about 2 hours 0-100%. Slower charging is healthy for battery. If you want faster charging, buy Sony UCH10 charger (Quick Charge 2.0). Any charger with Quick Charge 2.0 should work.

                                    Santo01, 12 Oct 2017You're wrong. Xperia X supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0.I bought this phone and it doesn't included with fast charging adapter in the box. I charge from 0-70% and it takes around 1h 20min. Truly slow.
