Just two days im used xx as my second phone. My another one is galaxy n5, i never liked samsung but its all about pen. My regular phone was htc m9 and previously m8 mini. Because of premium but worst phone ever. These are never been gd phone. Problem always with touch disply, brightness, vibration motor and many thing common consider for boost sound nothing more.
For my regular use i search and reviewed many more abt 5 inch xx, moto g5 plus, galaxy s7 and similar for handy grip and also midrange criteria.
Here people are shouting abt hot and battery issue. Now a days hot is common and battery life is user dependable.
At last i choose it because my very old xperia arc s still alive and i never face problem. I got xperia x from dhaka abt 21000 bdt (~250$) as a price of moto g5 plus but i think better reliable and preferred.
After two days use I'm satisfied abt battery life, performance but camera not performing as great maybe cloudy weather (no matter for me). One more thing is it's little warm in back, camera portion getting hot and camera application closed but fingerprint scanner is hell accurate (never missed any push).

And overall the smartphone is better than everything in the choice, but lacks the IP rating thats all

finally got my xperia x, and so far so good. it's not boring. design stunning and the phone works well. i hope it'll continue like this

If only the A3 2017 had Nougat 7.1.1 already, USB Type-C, digital/electronic stabilization (and not overpriced for its specs) then I would get it in a heartbeat. Sony has questionable performance/battery life as their software development team still need a bit of kicking and Moto may be "ba;anced" in most aspects but the lack of water resistance, no USB Type-C, no compass makes it a deal breaker for some. Sadly.

I rely on Sony phones as they've served me for years in the past so overall a good investment. Rest is up to you after all it's your choice and money :-)

I'm also using Xperia X right now but I don't happy at all, good performance & camera but the internet connection is terrible and voice call quality is too bad. I'm just waiting for Zenfone 4 released on my country to switch my Xperia X

For discussion and argument sake which phone you think would represent good value for money for their specs (& general performance, battery life + camera)...Galaxy A3 2017 (£229+ on Amazon), Xperia X (£229 on Argos, £279+ on Amazon), BQ Aquaris X5 Plus (£289 on Amazon) or Moto G4 Plus (£229 on Amazon)? I'm returning my Nokia 6 this weekend so I need a phone desperately and appreciate you advice. Cheers.
