It is 2014 s... moreYeah it doesn't matter to me how old it is but yeah it is cheap now a days,,,, my strategy of buying smartphone is different I do not buy smart phone at the time of its release I wait for atleast 1 years so that the price of smartphone goes down and I can also figure out the pros and cons of that smartphone which I am willing to buy.... for example the I was willing to buy LG G4 but I refuse it due to Boot loop issue which was never happened at the time of relaese but after 6 months it start Boot loop issue. so If I have bought that phone at the time of release then I might have lost my money.... so thats the reason behind why I buy years or 2 year old phone ... I had Xperia Z but unfortunately I has been stolen .... and I think Z3 is on power... It is one of the best hones that sony ever produced.... here is the comparison of Z3 and XZ and I don't think that there is any huge difference....

j., 16 Jan 2017How is Z3s heating while Normal tasks like Browsing, social... moreWith normal tasks it doesn't heat up at all, i rarely use the camera but yes it does when recording 4k or 1080 60fps, i don't use third party applications... I suggest you to go and ask these questions on the z3 page.

Can we use 3rd party Manual camera setting like in Sony's new smartphones ( x series), lg g4 .... i.e. Manual focus and manual shutter speed for good low light photos.... Does it also force close third party app due to overheating,
by the how is its photo and video quality....

In my opinion the best midrange handset available right now, and at last the price is right. It's not water proof but it will be OK if you drop it in water.
I can vouch for this, mine survived after it slid into the swimming pool whilst on holiday. The phone had no issues after about 30 seconds in about 2 metres of water.
I'm relieved and very impressed, I only wish Sony would have priced it correctly when it was launched, they would have sold so much more.
