On what basis can we tell it'll lose in camera department? Any proof?
Any proof to claim X Performance loses in battery backup?
Any tests conducted to proclaim X Performance has bad speakers?
And while we consider X Performance as a flagship, Sony doesn't consider it as their flagship. This is the difference.

Can you explain what's this "2012" design? You make no sense. Galaxy S7 has the plainest design compared to X Perf and G5.
And again you contradict yourself. You agree X Performance is stylish but you complain it's design is "2012". Why complain when you agree it's stylish?

A nice phone with metal frame, and there are antenna line in top and bottom, to make sure it wont get antenna gate like iphone 4. They learn. Very convincing.
While X perf design is so 2012. Plastic frame with metal back. Its so conventional. With small space of plastic, large metal, with no antenna line. it looks beautiful, but it looks like amateur design. i afraid it will get weak signal reception.

Discontinuing the Z series, Sony admit defeat on the high-end smartphone market. And I am saying this as a Xperia Z2 user, and a big fan of Xperia Z series. Xperia X performance is supposed to be the new flagship but in some ways it's even inferior to its predecessor, Z5. 5 inch screen instead of 5.2? Why? I know the difference is not that big in absolute terms but on small devices like this it is really noticeable! In my opinion, the launch of the Xperia X series shows Sony's deliberate intention not to compete with SGS 7, LG 5 or other top devices. Rather, they would focus on, admittedly beautiful and well crafted devices which do not compete on the top end of the food chain, but just below that. Not to mention that there are strong rumors that X Perf will not be launched on major European markets, unlike the weaker X. Yes, SD 650 may be powerful enough (at least for now that is) but Sony has undoubtedly announced its weaker hand in the mobile phone business. Pity.

You don't know what you talking about. Bringing screen resolution into it, in terms of speed, it ONLY affects graphics benchmarks/games, which I can't give one hoot about. It MIGHT win in a graphics benchmark only because it has a below par screen resolution. In all other tests any other flagship equipped with a SD820, Kirin 950 or a Exynos 8890 will beat it hands down.
Nope, there will be nothing more coming from Sony this year that can be considered a flagship other than the XP, thanks to their shrinking market share.

And trust me , this Xperia performance will demolish every flagship with sd820 in benchmarks cause if FHD screen,, and will give that already-without-proper-testing-best-proclaimed s7 camera a run for its money, even probably better it, cause its the same bad OIS, lower mpixels, better pixel tracking camera, something like sonys predictive hybrid autofocus (although I believe xiaomi with 4axis OIS camera is only one presented that is really positively innovative )
And trust me again, flagship Xperia will come in september, just not under Z monicker, and just as it always did from Sony in last 5 years
But, you wont trust me,

Sony released this X Perf thing to go head to head with the LG G5 and the S7 (all are flagships). And the XP won't win in any department, not benchmarks, not in screen quality, not it photo/video quality, not in audio output or battery life. Just wait and see. Yet they will all cost around the same. Less for more money basically.

This X Perf whatever is the flagship and there is nothing coming in September.
Nah trust me, I'm not worried, performance where it matters for me is CPU (not GPU, don't do mobile gaming) and photo quality (I'm not into video). And in those departments it's already behind before it's even on the shelf.
The Sony interviews are tough to swallow aren't they?

Furthermore, was Galaxy Alpha that did not have all the features but had the Soc power and ram equivalent to S5, a flagship?
Its quite easy to deduct
