If the Z series is truly gone there are a couple of things the XP does not have that I wished was still there and was unique to the Z. In my own personal use and opinion.
*Radio, I've always used this as radio stations are still around, maybe not for just music but also local news in a no internet signal location.
*Lanyard slot, It is one of the unique features of the Z seried that all other flagships don't have. I have always used it with a wrist lanyard.
I'm not going to miss the glass back as the new metal looks really nice too. I don't mind if it is glass or metal personally.

For small phones speaker loudness is more important than clarity. You will miss many calls with that 'below average' speaker loudness.
You dont always hold your phone. Sometimes you leave it on your desk while youre in garage. Or in your bag while youre playing basket ball.
With that silent speakers, you wont hear your phone ringing.

Come on, is it still analog era? How can we enjoy HD audio with small built in tv's speakers. Ah ya, u are very likely play music with your phone loud speaker at home. Yes you can hear that silent sound in a room. Thats why its important for you.

Sony did well. Really well. The most bugging thing here is screen to body ratio but overall it isngood phone. Cant wait to see first benchmarks.

If I was buying a phone, I would consider the following: battery, design and performance. X Performance checks all that
