i update my xp to nougat . really nice . even the battery improved and the performance . now by using it for 7 h contenusly and heavy it last . if i am using my xp normaly only for calling and fb and whatsap can last for more than one day easly

Sony branded, owned all Sony Z series. X Performance disappointing, for following reasons: 1) battery - get 3 hrs full use on full charge; 30% warning drops to 0% faster 2) poor call reception in fringe areas - when in provincial parks I'm walikng around streets looking for 1 bar when everyone else has coverage included wife & kids on Z2 and Z3 3) generally slower processing - frequently waiting more for apps. Researching "problems with X Performance" found this site, thus posting.

Hello, I'm planning to get myself either Xperia X or Xperia XP. I'm more concerned about the battery life and I read some reviews mentioning XP has worse battery life than X before Nougat. I haven't found new comparison after Nougat. What's the average battery life of Xperia XP after Nougat and have anyone compared with X after Nougat? Thank you

AnonD-257122, 27 Dec 2016This or the XZ as camera is my main concern.Go XZ if camera is your concern. It has stabilization, laser auto-focus & color correction, improved sensor and night shots, etc. 4k recording in w/c you will have to root performance to enable 4k on it.

The snapdragon 820 has no thermal issue or probably negligible, now the x performance can record 1080 60fps for 55 min which is a very impressive performance.

guys... need your opinion....
i confuse on what to buy.... xperia performance or galaxy a9 pro....
since i like sony design and user interface also spec on xperia performance is good than galaxy a9 pro.... but galaxy a9 pro has 6 inch display and large battery power....
need to decide on both of this good phone....

I'm on my phone average 3 hrs a day, and the phone charge does not last a day! Very disappointed. Else the phone is pretty good. Only other grip is that it's very slippery, falls easily out of my hands and pockets.
