Not to interrupt your non-stop trolling, but I think you're lost dude. THIS is the forum for the Xperia X Performance, NOT the X. Mentioning things like no IP65/68 & no fast charging out of the box has no place here. The X Perf HAS IP65/68 and the U.S. variant actually WILL come with a free QNovo Quick Charge 3.0 charger IN THE BOX. Most of the "points" you quoted are also QUITE debatable I'm sure. So why don't you go to the Xperia X forum (or even the SamDUMB forum) and stop bugging people here with your stupid crap.

    Sony Xperia X gsmarena review:

-Below average front facing stereo speakers
    -Crap battery
    -Bland design
    -No IP 68
    -Noisy Camera (Surprise surprise)
    -Panorama still a joke
-Flagship price tag, mid range specs
-Below average volume when headphones plugged in
    -No 4K recording
    -Cant even master 1080p recording
-No small apps (One of Sony's most useful and exclusive features)
-Only 20 GB free of 32GB internal memory
-No fast charging out of the box (where i live s7 gives you this)

How can anyone say X Series is better than S7 Edge or old Z Series.

      panda,

Ok so again, less nm is better.

      Thanks for explaining!!

That older car is miles better in fuel efficiency than your x car. You dont even deny it, and you also cant prove your claim that X has 'outstanding' efficiency. Scoring AVERAGE or BELOW AVERAGE is never outstanding.

67h is crappy result. And you said its outstanding? outstanding your teeth. OUT and STANDING.. LOL

RockStar2005, 20 May 2016 Team, No problem brotha! I ONLY mentioned X as a ... morenm stands for nanometer, so less nm means less nanometer or more density on the semiconductor node (I might be wrong, also newer tech on this aspect always have tighter density than the previous ones, so I just assume less nm should be better. To tell you the truth, I also just trying to read it now. It's better to try to understand something you don't, right? Although there's so many new things which makes me overwhelmed XD ).

Also, there's more than just nm. For example, SD 615 has 28nm LP, while SD 650 has 28nm HPM. Both have the same 28nm, but there's a difference on LP and HPM. I've no idea too, so I google it and found an answer in here: http://www.tsmc.com/english/dedicatedFoundry/technology/28nm.htm

LP stands for Low Power, while HPM stands for High Performance Mobile Computing. There are other options too, like HP (High Performance), HPL (maybe stand for High Performance Low Power), HPC (High Performance Compact Mobile Computing). It seems each have different speed, performance and energy consumption to fill the need of different cases.

            Hmm.........

Sony Xperia XP Int'l/Global version specs: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/products/phones/xperia-x-performance/specifications/

Sony Xperia XP U.S. version specs: http://www.sonymobile.com/us/products/phones/xperia-x-performance/specifications/

So they added the fingerprint sensor to the U.S. version, and are throwing in the QNovo QC 3.0 charger, but I just noticed that the U.S. version's site DOES NOT mention the IP65/68 waterproof/dustproof rating. So the U.S. variant will NOT be waterproof or dustrproof. Great!!! Thanks Sony. Almost snuck it by me, but I caught it.

I just pre-ordered my Sony Xperia XP (Int'l version!! so no free QNovo, but you still get IP65/68 + fingerprint sensor) from a local (Chicago area) online company, though they have offices in various countries (see 2nd link below), and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. I know at least one person who's ordered from them many times and was happy with his purchases, so they ARE legit. I suggest anyone who wants the XP in the U.S. to order from this site. They offer all 4 colors too. Price is TBD, but b/c of 0-VAT, the U.S. prices should be lower than other countries.

2 days of battery life is just some sort of claim made by sony...the reality is you can use it (assuming you are chatting through bbm and do some light briwsing) only until afternoon...i am a fan of sony phones and i have Z5 but after seeing this new phone's spec i can't stop thinking about why sony flagship phones become worse and worse every time they release the new one...last time they still released a flagship phone with integrated fm radio but now....hhhhh....i bet next time they will try to exclude internal SD card from their flagship and perhaps reduce its battery capacity...looks like sony team really has no intention to make an innovation and choose to follow samdong and iphone instead....i really miss old sony phones.

maybe Z5 is my last flasgship phone..... i guess i have to pass this shit and if sony still make something like this and don't make any breakthrough i will stop being a sony fan..

Well isn't THIS nice?! The UK Amazon's Xperia X release date just got pushed back YET AGAIN from today to May 26th (a week ago) and now today it's showing June 3rd!! Worried the XP's release might get delayed too (currently set for the 1st week of July)?! I am!!!! (grrr!!)

That's cool. I've done all my research. The XP is the ONLY phone I want. I assure you I will review the XP WHEN I actually get it. Now that the X's release date has been pushed back AGAIN to June 3rd, I wonder when that will be? Does the mean the XP will come out later too?!!

AnonD-537563, 20 May 2016if me, I'm thinking of upgrading my BlackBerry Curve 3G 930... more
Oh....when I actually GET the XP panda, you will see a review from me on here for sure! lol

Panda, I can ASSURE YOU that I've spent A LOT of time researching all the different phone options out there, and the XP is the ONLY phone for me!!!! lol The HTC 10 would be a close second, but not that close b/c the S7 I have is still arguably better than it. But I bet the HTC 10 wouldn't skip when playing my music via MicroUSB port. lol

I just checked on the UK Amazon site, and the release date for the X has been pushed back YET AGAIN!! WTF SONY??!! First it was May 20th (today), then a week ago it said May 26th, NOW it's saying June 3rd?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FMLLLLL!!!! These delays make me think that the XP will get delayed too (currently set for a release within the FIRST week of July). These delays are REALLY REALLY p'ing me off.

                          Team,

                          No problem brotha!

I ONLY mentioned X as a "measuring stick" of sorts to demonstrate or show that the XP's battery will be even MORE impressive than the X's already is. That's all.

Well screen on both is 1080p/HD & 5.0", so I'd say that makes them the same!

So less nm is better? Ok. (What does "nm" stand for anyway?)

So when displaying darker images, OLED has the advantage, but when displaying whites, LCD has it? If so, then I guess a fair video measurement would have to include some of both equally.

Avan Dr, 20 May 2016With that older octacore soc, battery drainer lollipop and ... moreyou still aren't able to provide me a counterargument on my first post and reply to you from the the link ? ok , I will repeat everything again here :

                            -POST FROM YOU :

                            Do simple math.

If with 2900mah A5 scores 91h. It means each 100mah results 3h and 6min. So, if A5 equipped with 2620. It will scores 81h. 14h more than X.

So x battery life is far from outstanding. Iv just proved it. I never troll.

-MY REPLY WHICH YOU ARE IGNORING :

''Do simple math.'' I told you stop trolling . all math I can do is to calculate super inferior two years old SD615 with low clocked cortex A53 cores and much slower adreno 405 GPU of which adreno 510 is light years ahead.... in comparison to SD650 the SD615 is an low-end chipset.(SD650 is on level of SD808 performance which can be found in many flagships from the last year).

''Iv just proved it '' hahahaha don't make me laugh ! it's like you prowled that small 2.0-litre car with bigger fuel tank can go for many miles more than big 6.0-litre V8 engine - congratulations Einstein what a surprise !

But we are not talking about how good is sammy. Even if we compare
