Screen touch detection stops working in certain areas - have to switch back and fort from horizontal and vertical mode to use the keyboard. Changed the screen twice. Third change and they want money for it, due to some dents in the corner of the device. Well, always been quite rough with my devices, so might have been the reason why it kept on failing before. The device might work if you are into cases/very careful. I will give up and buy something else. Cheers

Is this model unstable? I received many sets of this model that had the same problem of non-functioning touch screen and mostly its black colour.

Yes I also met the same touch issue and i given for upgrade, will update whether touch working properly or not after getting mobile back,

Never buy this phone you will have severe touch issues.You will end visiting service station then also no solution will come because company is not accepting its manufacturing defect .

is this phone has heating issues? If it doesn't heats up means I wouldn't mind in purchasing this device because my current phone (moto g4 plus) is a very good device regarding in it's performance but i'm not happy with it's battery life and it's temperature.Can't have a phone that heats up badly and drains the battery

Can someone help me on this. My phone only vibrates and shows notification light when I got text messages. I want my text messages to show even my phone is in sleep mode and locked.

Later spreading over more and more. Very much disappointed and irritated by the lethargic response from service personnel. Sony disappoints its customers.
