SONY izz really Faithful Partner of Google and Android; I Must Say, i am happy to see that SONY izz actually Improving; His efforts are seen in his work. Out of 27 New Oreo Features in total, i discovered around 23 of them. It's 85% Stock Android; So sony's tagline of "Close to Stock android Xperience" izz actually true. But I hope to see Android P in Mediatek Chipsets as well because i am really happy with your efforts that you have put to Upgrade the Device from N to O. Actually Oreo has been developed from Ideas of customizations; i mean sony has always provided the battery usage in details along with showing screen/display time use, also battery percentage indicator is always there on sony's phone. These are some of features that Google actually Introduced in this BIG update to every handsets who were not having battery % indicator in android N and so on. So Indirectly, SONY was actually ahead when he launched 2017 phones with all these things in android N. This is called Future Planning. Also, SONY has added some new things from his side like One Handed Operations and New Clock Design in Xperia XA1 Plus. But one important thing SONY needs to improve is to provide Regular Security Patches irrespective of any chipsets of any price range, as all chipsets and price range are under one roof; i.e. SONY. so SONY should actually take daily reports and statistics from all chipset departments so that we receive updates very fast and specific. SONY could have updated the XA1 plus Oreo to march security patch as it got released in march ending. But Yes, Now Waiting for Android P in Later December to Arrive; Because if it does, then it will Definitely Change the People's Mindsets for SONY'S Device whether it be High Range or Mid Range or Low Range, SONY HAS COVERED IT ALL. I want this statement to be heard from the competitors coz they are looking towards SONY in a very Optimistic Way right now.

I own a XA1+. Camera is very good on outdoors.
But have issues while shooting indoors or low light conditions. There is a bit of focusing issues on low light conditions. But the details are amazing on outdoor conditions.
Xa1+ Battery is very very very good. Audio is crisp and clear through headphones.
I own a zenfone 3 and it is pretty good, especially after oreo update. I like the audio of zenfone 3 better than sony xa1+. Camera also focuses faster in lowlight(laser auto focus).
I think asus is improving. So probably Asus zenfone 4 will be a better choice.
Or Go for XA2 of sony.

Should i go for XA1 Plus or Asus Zenfone 4 ZE554KL? Most important things for me are everyday use smoothness, audio quality (using my own jack headphones), picture quality and screen quality. Currently I'm using xperia t3 for 3,5 year.
Zenfone is 25 USD more expensive, has better processor (snap 630), same amount of ram as xperia (4gb), rear camera with ois (but front lacking even autofocus) and 64 gb.
When it comes to camera I shoot quite a bit of photos indoors (when there is some artificial light). Is xa1 plus good camera for such hand-held shots compared to zenfone or zenfone with ois will have some edge over it?

In a few days, I will be buying my first smartphone. I don't care much about the internal specs. What I'm looking for in a phone are quality and design, with less issues. My choices are narrowed down to just two phones: Nokia 7 and Xperia XA1 Plus. So please help me decide which of the two should I buy. Thank you.
