To those who are using the phone I have some questions to ask if it's okay. 1. Is there heating issues in this phone knowing that thermal throttle has always been the problem of Sony phones. 2. How's the daily performance of this phone? Can it handle graphic demanding games? 3. Is the speaker loud enough? 4. Regarding the camera, does it take great photos in any lighting conditions? 5. Last but not the least, can the battery last an entire day? Thanks in advance!

The only feature missing is a night mode to filter blue light to produce warmer visuals for more comfortable viewing of pics in the dark. It takes great pics in proper lighting conditions and also indoors. The superior auto mode does the job in low lights but don't expect miracles, the pics at times turn out to be out of focus and distorted when zoomed in but they are totally acceptable to shared on social networking sites.
Overall I'm quite happy with my XA1 Plus as it's flawless and in a span of two months I haven't faced any issues with it so far and not to forget the regular updates from Sony make it even more smooth. So if you're planning to buy simply go for it as it's the best mid-range device on market you can get compared to other brands.

This phone never overheats while playing games or watching videos, yeah it does get warm though but so does every other phone. My XA1 Plus has never shut down the camera while taking pics (I'm a camera freak though). Get it checked or good the replacement.

Ahmed, 10 Dec 2017I want to purchase new phone ,, 20000 INR in my budget , w... moreIf camera is not your concern then go for the XA1 Plus, it's a really good phone and the ice blue looks really stunning, butter smooth performance, long battery life, superb sound quality and a perfect phone for videos and gaming experience. The only downside of this phone is the camera which is not up to the standard.

It's superb in day light but struggles a bit in low light as the details are lost and at times you get blurred images especially when you zoom in and it's quite noticable. The bottom line is being a mid range device the camera is pretty decent but don't expect too much.
