Well done Sony I hope it will available in India at the end of February ... Surely it's gone to be 23k .... Waiting to buy it and own Sony as soon as possible... I had an opinion on buying xa1 plus it has no slow mo 4k and 12000 iso .... But in fact xa2 has it ... Guys who love taking pic at night or low light go for it ... Ur gonna love it..

The only real competition is the Moto X4 & and the honor 7X (both of which can be had for around £275), but personally I’d go with the XA2.

I am happy Sony is taking this route to thicken their phones to fit bigger batteries. I whish this would be with Android One, I am not sure about Sonys software smoothnes and updates.

Here you go!! A all new product from Sony which uses SD630, 3300mAh with Type C on 5.2" screen device, looks fantastic but the price should be competitive with other mid-rangers like Moto X4 & Nokia 6(2018).
Not expected to be priced as upper mid-ranger like Lagsung A8(2018)...

I was about to buy it's predecessor (XA1), after sold my XA1 Ultra (only last 1 week of full use), but then I chose to buy XZ (2016 flagship) due to its spec, although the review in this website is not quite good if compared with other flagship.
Fortunately, I bought it for the same price of XA1 Ultra, and probably with the same price of this handset also (XA2), and I'm very grateful to it (XZ spec still better then this xa2 except the battery).
Hopefully, Sony will keep maintaining the quality of their phone as usual (never ever disappointed with Sony).

9.7 mm with just 3000 mAH battery? There are phones with much less thickness with more battery.
