Numair Adil, 31 Aug 2019I have never faced issue like that, may be your device sens... moreyou we're right. i used rubbing alcohol, just a little bit and cleared that area and didnt had any problem. sweaty fingerprints due to the 8hour computer work did make this problem.

Did anybody had problems with fingerprint? i just got my phone screwed at some point i had to reboot it to start working properly again. fingerprint was doing its job on its own, just by standing on the desk. and advice with what to clear the area of fingerprint, i used tissues but i dont think it helpd very much.

Wi-Fi calling not working. No wifi calling option on android 9 on my xa2. Vodafone have enabled Wi-Fi calling and sent patch, patch received said installed however no luck. Not happy can't use phone at home, no signal. Sony tech and vodafone tech insist all ok and should work, however Wi-Fi calling not showing as an option. Should I get an iphone? Partners iphone gets Wi-Fi calling at home. Why is there a problem with xa2 ???

How is it possible that SONY can market a camera with 23mp resolution, AND TAKES SHITTY PHOTOS!! Back in 2003, I had a phone with a 2mp camera. It took much better photos !!!.....this is SONY we're talking about! WTF??

sm4rt4ss, 17 Jul 2019I'm not experiencing any of the troubles that are described... moreI don't know its region specific issue or globally, but yes i am facing these things, and not only me here suffering by these issues, you can search on Google or sony support forum for this, many people discussing regarding these bugs out there, and the most disappointing thing is the silence of sony officials regarding these bugs at sony support forum, they doesn't give a single reply to these posts yet :-/

The front cam is better than before and the rear cam is also better in both, 23mp 4:3 and 20mp 16:9. I use auto mode on both. Maybe the issues are region specific.

Don't you realize what kind of issues XA2 having after pie update?? Several things are due to fix in XA2 after pie, camera is the most important part to fix, which was working decently when the device was on oreo, but now i am using a worst camera ever in sony cameras history, its producing too much grains even in day light conditions, improper focusing is another issue to be fix,
So who is the responsible to fix these issues??
Should we request to samsung for that???

My wife's Galaxy J6 (a lower category mid ranger) getting updates by every month almost, but sony doesn't support as well as it should be :-/
